Silver Package
Ideal for couples who want a straightforward planning experience and are comfortable with managing some details themselves.

  • If you need: A basic level of coordination and support leading up to your wedding day.

  • Perfect for: Couples with a guest list of up to 200 people or those within 30 miles of Yakima, WA.

Gold Package
Best for couples who want a more hands-on approach and additional support leading up to the wedding day.

  • If you need: More in-depth planning assistance and reassurance that no detail will go overlooked.

  • Perfect for: Couples who desire extra meetings for more personalized service.

Platinum Package
Designed for couples looking for comprehensive planning, including logistical support and decisions made for them.

  • If you need: Extensive planning assistance, including budgeting, decision-making support, and complete management of vendors.

  • Perfect for: Couples with large weddings, unique logistics, or those who want to ensure every aspect is handled seamlessly.

    • 1 Adt Staff (8 hours)

    • Wedding rehearsal COORDINATION

    • 12 hours on wedding day

    • Up to 5 in person mtgs

    • Create timeline for wedding and handle all logistics

    • Monthly Checklist sent out and ensure everything is booked on time

    • Assistance making decisions/ budget/contract review

    • Make sure everyone knows what is expected of them and send them reminders prior to wedding and day of

    • Assist in finding Vendors if needed.

    • Mtg #2 is Venue Walk Through

    • Take over vendors as soon as they are solidified.

    • 2 adtl staff (9 hours each)

    • Wedding rehearsal COORDINATION

    • 14 hours on wedding day

    • Ensure that the timeline is followed to the “T” and everything goes as planned.

    • Everything listed in the PDF “Things I do so you don’t have to” section.

    *EXTRA FEES - IF MORE STAFF, OR MORE WEDDING DAY HOURS, OR A TEAR DOWN CREW IS NEEDED, OR EXTRA TRAVEL.

  • Most Build Your Own Packages start withe the Silver Package and we build out from there. But we can get creative if you have special requests. Some of the additional add-ons couples like to consider are:

    • Additional vendor coordination or contract review

    • Extra rehearsal time or rehearsal dinner management

    • Multi-venue logistics or shuttle coordination

    • Extended on-site hours or overnight oversight

    • Setup and styling support for décor and floral placement

    • Additional support staff

    • Additional meetings

    • Additional Travel time/accommodations
