Your Wedding Day Deserves Peace of Mind — Here's How I Make That Happen

You said yes. You have a date. Maybe you have a venue. And now comes the beautiful, exciting, sometimes overwhelming reality of pulling it all together — every detail, every vendor, every timeline, every person — into one seamless, magical day.

That's where I come in.

Hi, I'm Jennifer Prater, and I am your peace of mind. My entire job is to make sure that from the months leading up to your wedding all the way through the final sparkler send-off, nothing falls through the cracks and every single dream you have for this day becomes a reality. You planned this celebration to be joyful — and my job is to make sure it actually feels that way.

I have hundreds of events under my belt and bring something a little different to the table. I'm an entrepreneur, life and business coach, meditation practitioner, and energy healer. What that means for you is that I don't just coordinate logistics — I show up for you as a whole person. I keep the energy calm, the timeline tight, and the day flowing with intention.

I am now booking for 2027. Dates fill up, so if you're planning ahead, I'd love to connect soon.

What Working With Me Actually Looks Like

From the moment we meet, I become your guide and your go-to. Here's a glimpse of the journey:

We start with a free consultation — no pressure, just a chance to get to know each other and talk through your vision. Once you decide to work together, you'll receive a workbook and booking contract, and from that point on, I am completely in your corner.

In the months leading up to your wedding, I send you timely to-do lists and reminders so nothing gets forgotten. Depending on your package, I may also assist you with vendor decisions, budget guidance, and contract reviews. You won't have to wonder "wait, should I have already booked that by now?" — I'll keep you on track every step of the way.

About one month before your wedding, we meet at your venue and walk through every detail in the exact space where it will happen. I create a full wedding day timeline — down to the minute — that accounts for lighting, sunset, ceremony flow, and every transition in between.

One to two weeks out, I reach out directly to your wedding party and key people so they all have my contact information. From that point on, I become the main point of contact. Questions, concerns, and last-minute nerves all come to me — not to you.

On the wedding day, I am there from the moment things start moving until the final tasks are complete. I'm coordinating vendors, cueing the DJ, directing the processional, managing the timeline, distributing flowers, gathering people for photos, keeping the venue tidy, handling the marriage license, watching over the cake cutting, making sure gifts and cards are secured, and checking in regularly on you, your partner, and both mothers throughout the day. I bring emergency kits for the bride and groom, and I handle game-time decisions so you never have to.

When the night winds down, I make sure the cleanup crew, gift pickup crew, and venue host all know their roles before I leave — and that the marriage certificate gets home safely with you.

Choosing the Right Package for You

Every couple is different, and I've built my packages to reflect that. Here's how to think about what fits your needs:

Silver — The Essentials, Done Right

This is my foundational package, perfect for couples who have their planning largely handled but want a professional to take the reins and ensure flawless execution. You'll get a free consultation, an initial information-gathering meeting, a venue walkthrough, a follow-up phone meeting, full wedding rehearsal coordination, and 10 hours of wedding day coordination. I take over vendor communication 10 days before the wedding and ensure the timeline is followed to the letter.

Silver is a great fit if: your guest list is up to 150 guests, your wedding is relatively straightforward, and you primarily need someone to execute the day beautifully so you and your family can be fully present.

Gold — More Support, More Meetings, More Coverage

Gold steps it up with up to 4 meetings, vendor takeover a full month before the wedding (giving us more runway together), 1 additional support staff member for 8 hours, and 12 hours on your wedding day. You'll also have the extra assurance of check-ins to make sure you haven't missed a single step or item along the way.

Gold is a great fit if: your guest list is larger (up to 300), your wedding has more moving pieces, or you simply want more touchpoints and more hands on deck throughout the day.

Platinum — Full-Service, Start to Finish

This is the most comprehensive experience I offer. Platinum includes up to 5 in-person meetings, monthly checklists sent throughout your engagement, assistance with decisions, budget guidance, and contract review. I start taking over vendors as soon as they're solidified — not just in the final weeks. You get 2 additional support staff for 9 hours each and 14 hours on your wedding day. I also assist in finding vendors if you need help building your team.

Platinum is a great fit if: you want a true partner from early in the planning process, you have a large or complex wedding, or you simply want the most supported, least stressful engagement possible.

Build Your Own — Add-Ons Available

No matter which package you choose, you can customize your experience. Every add-on is available à la carte:

Additional Support Staff — Want extra hands? You can add as many support staff members as you'd like. Note that for guest counts over 150, an additional support staff member is required for every additional 100 guests — this is automatically factored in to ensure your day is covered at the right level.

Additional Meetings — If you want more face time or phone check-ins beyond what's included in your package, you can add individual meetings at any time.

Additional Hours — Need coverage beyond your package hours, including tear-down and cleanup at the end of the night? Additional hours can be added for both me and my staff.

Mileage — Travel beyond 30 miles from Selah, WA is billed at a simple per-mile rate each way. If we're working a location more than an hour out and the evening runs past 10pm, a hotel is also required. We'll talk through all of this transparently so there are no surprises.

Bridal Bath Soaking Tea — This one is a little magical and so many brides love it. After your wedding, I take a few of your centerpieces or bouquets home, dry the flowers, and blend them into a luxurious soaking tea made with Epsom salts, Himalayan salts, essential oils, and organic moisturizing oils. I set an intention into the blend and infuse it with moon energy before delivering it back to you in beautiful jars. It's a stunning way to preserve the love and energy of your wedding day — and it makes an incredible gift for the people who made the day special.

How to Know Which Package Is Right for You

Ask yourself these questions:

  • How much of the planning do I already have handled versus how much do I still need help with?

  • How large is my guest list?

  • How many vendors and moving pieces does my wedding have?

  • Do I want someone helping me make decisions along the way, or mostly just someone to execute on the day?

  • Is there more than one venue involved?

  • Do I want the peace of mind of monthly check-ins throughout my engagement?

If you're still not sure, that's exactly what our free consultation is for. We'll talk through your vision, your guest count, your timeline, and your stress level — and I'll help you figure out what level of support makes the most sense for you.
